About the Role: The Quality Supervisor in our manufacturing facility in Georgia, GA, plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality control team, implementing quality assurance processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. The Quality Supervisor will analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards while supporting operational efficiency and safety. Ultimately, the Quality Supervisor ensures that the manufacturing output consistently meets both internal benchmarks and external customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001. * Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and statistical process control (SPC) techniques. * Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Familiarity with regulatory standards specific to the manufacturing industry served. * Advanced skills in data analysis software and quality management software systems. * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
