ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Quality Control Supervisor at our manufacturing facility, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll lead a team of talented Quality Control Inspectors and work closely with other departments to maintain and improve our quality assurance processes.
We’re looking for someone who has a solid background in quality control, great leadership skills, and a passion for precision. If you enjoy solving problems, developing teams, and making sure things are done right the first time, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and support a team of Quality Control Inspectors in their daily activities.
• Perform Quality Analyst functions, ensuring data-driven decisions are made.
• Develop and improve quality control procedures and standards to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the QC team to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Mentor and train new and current team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
• Share key insights and quality reports with leadership to drive improvements.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and standards, ensuring full compliance.
• Take initiative in continuously improving quality control processes.
