We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team in İzmir Plant. Role will be responsible for syrup room operation and microbiology laboratory and will lead the operator team in syrup room. Responsibilities Ensure the raw materials, concentrates, syrup and final product complies with the food safety and PepsiCo’s requirements, prompt corrective/preventive action management ability for determined risks. Take active role during the food safety&quality audits from 3rd parties and legal authorities. Ensure syrup room and CIP process steps complies with PepsiCo and legal requirements, control and sustain the quality checks are in place in accordance with the quality plans. Ensure the equipment and machines are properly maintained in syrup room area. Identify, control, and plan the calibration/ verification plan to ensure the equipments are calibrated, Participate and take active role for the first formula productions realized according to PepsiCo requirements. Prepare cleaning and sanitation plans and ensure the plans are implemented at related areas in accordance with PepsiCo and GMP requirements. Participate, lead and sustain the productivity projects. Ensure, control and sustain the integrated management system is in place. Ensure GEHSMS and ISO 14001 requirements are fully applied in syrup room and implemented and follow up by syrup room team, Plan the shifts of the Quality team and follow up the performance. Ensure the waste management is in place in accordance with the environmental system and legal regulations and inform EHS Manager in a case of unconformity. Ensure the hygiene management and HACCP principles implemented at site. Plan and give annual refreshment food safety and quality related trainings and orientation to related employees. Implement PepsiCo’s business ethics and discipline. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industries (preferably 1–2 years in the beverage industry) Experience in food safety and quality certification systems Fluency in English and Turkish Ability to create and foster an inclusive work environment Proven experience in team leadership Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to coordinate and organize design projects and personnel Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
