We’re looking for a Quality Supervisor who’s ready to lead with accuracy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. Position Overview The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all first-shift quality operations, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards. This role is hands-on, leadership-oriented, and essential to maintaining the safety and integrity of everything we produce. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise first-shift quality technicians and inspectors. Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and company quality programs. Conduct line audits, documentation reviews, and sanitation verification. Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Partner closely with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to prevent quality issues. Train team members on quality procedures, food safety, and best practices. Maintain accurate records and communicate results to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or similar field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of quality assurance experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Previous supervisory or lead experience highly preferred. Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hot, and high-volume production environment.
