As our Quality & Supplier Engagement Lead, you will ensure our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction. • Conduct daily HACCP audits on incoming products
• Collaborate with the Warehouse leadership team on audits and onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure the B2 warehouse and loading docks meet all HACCP standards
• Monitor product expiry dates, quality issues, and maintain accurate reporting
• Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure all staff are trained in HACCP procedures
• Liaise with suppliers and chefs to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, safe delivery and storage of goods
