SALARIES AND BENEFITS Competitive Salary Duty Meals provided; breakfast/lunch/dinner/midnight meal + coffee breaks Vacation tickets /benefits provided by the hotel Medical Insurance Provided Job Description Quality Management: Establish and uphold the highest quality standards across all resort departments—front office, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and recreational facilities—to meet luxury guest expectations. Conduct rigorous, scheduled quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Rixos brand standards and health & safety protocols. Analyze guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, and direct communications to identify trends and drive continuous service excellence. Collaborate with department heads to deliver ongoing, bespoke training programs focused on luxury service delivery, hygiene, and operational excellence. Develops and implements quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization’s annual business plan and long-term strategy. Responsible to ensure all SOP’s are in place for all departments as a part of ISO implementation. Sustainability Management: Develop and execute an integrated sustainability strategy aligned with Rixos Group’s CSR commitments and local environmental regulations. Lead initiatives to optimize energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction across the resort, including guest engagement programs promoting sustainable practices. Drive sustainable procurement by prioritizing eco-friendly, ethically sourced, and local products that enhance the guest experience and reduce environmental impact. Implement innovative waste management solutions to minimize landfill waste, including comprehensive recycling, composting, and elimination of single-use plastics. Foster partnerships with local communities, environmental organizations, and suppliers to support regional sustainability efforts and social responsibility projects. Cross-Functional & Strategic Leadership: Champion continuous improvement projects that enhance both quality and sustainability, driving operational efficiencies without compromising luxury standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to quality failures or environmental non-compliance, maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence. Manage the budget and resources allocated for quality assurance and sustainability initiatives to maximize ROI. Act as the primary liaison for quality and sustainability matters during inspections, audits, and brand evaluations. Stay informed of the latest trends in luxury hospitality quality and sustainability, introducing cutting-edge practices and technologies to the resort. Qualifications Education: A master’s degree or relevant certification in Quality Management, Sustainability, or Environmental Management is highly desirable. Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and sustainability roles within the luxury hospitality sector, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort environment. Certifications (Preferred): Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 Quality Management certification. LEED, Green Globe, EarthCheck, or other recognized sustainability/environmental certifications. HACCP certification or other food safety-related qualifications for F&B quality oversight. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest service excellence. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability best practices, and energy/resource management in the hospitality industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement plans. Proven leadership and project management capabilities, able to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, suppliers, guests, and external auditors. Proficiency in quality management and sustainability software/tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
