Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage and control documents related to managements systems.
  • Assist to establish work procedures/ Instructions, liaise with HQ counterpart when required.
  • Perform periodic audit/ check to ensure practises align with company procedures.
  • Monitor progress of internal audits and consolidate audit findings and CAPA.
  • Handle calibration management program
  • Perform other task assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager

Requirements

  • A level, Diploma or Undergraduate.
  • At least 1 year working experience in performing Document Control functions preferable.
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001/ ISO14001 /ISO18001 Management System Documentation requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Meticulous, self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
