You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. How you will contribute You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management. Working efficiently on a team Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements Attending to detail and following written instructions Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time MS office applications More about this role What you need to know about this position: To manage and lead management system activities including scheduling and execution of internal and external audits, Quality Policies, NCR & CAPA system within designated Confectionary & PB site and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement compliance. To develop the quality culture within the factory and drive CIQ agenda through following: Ensure document management on site - eQCMS benchmark. Train each new starter in using the tool, ensure the continuous updating of the document register and the proper use of the tool. Ensure deployment and implementation of Enablon and conduct training session to the targeted audience to ensure Enablon is deployed on site level. Implement product quality, & laboratory QPs within the factory sensory training, OOS etc. Facilitate achievement of customer and consumer expectations. Lead risk management and continuous product/process quality improvement activities. Provide technical analysis and input for decision making. Develop functional/technical skills of quality team and site employees. Lead Food Safety and Compliance audits, including FSSC 22000, QCMS, QMS, HALAL. Identify and lead efforts of product/process quality and cost management improvement opportunities and subsequent productivity gains. Education: BE or Bachelors in Food Sciences Job specific requirements: At least three year within Audits/Systems and Process preferably in the Food, Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated experience in championing an idea from start to finish Ability in dealing with shop floor issues and concerns raised by employees or their representatives.
