Description
As a Quality System Manager You shall be responsible for leading the quality system officer-, the validation- and the quality assurance support teams. In this role, you will actively participate in shaping the Hungarian quality management, help the quality head of site to execute the corporate quality strategy. You and your team ensures that the quality system can handle the continuous and aggressive growth of the company. You shall be in close communication with QA project managers to be informed about the actual projects and their impact on the quality department. You shall own the compliance overview of the Hungarian site, communicate and support other operations, digital departments to ensure that all deviations, CAPAs, change controls meet the deadlines. Your responsibility shall further cover the creation of quality management reviews biannually. You shall also act as a strong and respected people manager, managing the Team Leaders of your three teams. The Team and Stakeholders Managing a leadership team of 3, and an overall ~30 employees within your area. What You shall bring Qualifications: Msc degree in life sciences / pharmaceuticals / chemistry / healthcare 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably within the Quality department At least 5 years in leadership, managing people managers C1 language knowledge in both English and Hungarian Skills: Good understanding of computerized systems Up to date knowledge about validation and qualification Competencies in QMS system handling and MS office applications Competencies: Proactivity, Quality mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills People management, Cooperation, Flexibility and agility, What we offer: Support for work-life balance, flexible management approach; Hybrid working, 2 days home office and 3 days on-site at our office on Maglódi street 6.
