For more information, click here. Job Description Summary Performs quality support duties including maintenance of the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and supplier systems. Provides support for special quality projects. Ensures and maintains a state of inspection readiness. Performs in various quality functional areas and maintain expertise. Product Quality Reviews (PQRs): Compilation of the PQRs for Internal MAKE as per the regional schedule and the KENVUE global procedural requirements Sourcing of raw data from stakeholders Engagement with key stakeholders on key outcomes and requirements Management of the E2E review and approval of all finalised drafts Escalation of compliance findings and actions due to the Regional SME Participation in global CoPs and implementation of global strategies Global Change Control (GCC): Generation of Graphs and data collection for monthly metric review Follow-up on GCCs at risk, overdue & old Review of the weekly predictive metrics data Monthly review of the Metric Pulse regional status and follow-up on comments GCC ownership for administrative purposes Investigations / CAPA: Generation of the weekly NC/CAPA reports Set up follow up meetings on aged INV & CAPA records Ad hoc data requests INV process support for end users Review of the weekly predictive metrics data Monthly review of the Metric Pulse regional status and follow-up on comments Support to the Regional QS team, as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance [Quality Systems, Quality Control; Quality & Compliance] Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing. Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Excellent understanding of quality systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and has a bias for action, while also a team player. Desired Qualifications Strong stakeholder management.
