ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting, varied and busy role for a Quality Systems Administrator to join a multi-functional team based at our Charleville site.
This is a busy varied customer focussed role managing customer complaints to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Working 9 - 530pm Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer complaints - gather / trend / instigate investigation if trending / generate response and send to complaint handler, if needed have translated.
  • Review new artwork proposals using standard template
  • Manage updating database & visual standards on the floor if new packaging design is due to be introduced by generating new standard and retrieving / removing old standards incl upload to SharePoint.
  • Maintain packaging library in technical and intake offices.
  • Ensure supplier approval is maintained for all suppliers not covered by Kerry central CoS incl update of approved supplier list & RA.
  • Complete CoA check for all incoming ingredients & ensure SAP checks in place for all new materials
  • Complete tasks as per Food Defence plan e.g. arrange for samples to be gathered/ labelled and send for nutritional or micro (external) testing ; arrange for lab equipment incl e.g. T probes to be calibrated to schedule by sending external after raising PO, ensuring stock of palletising & NC books & production labels is maintained
  • Complete inspections relating to Quality systems e.g. RSPO / Supplier approval
  • Follow up on customer queries / monitor shared email box
  • Reporting Kerry KPI metrics on e.g. complaints, micro testing, auditing, standard adherence etc.
  • Administration task to aid change management and document control
  • Follow up on any recommendations raised by Pest control Provider
  • Support with swabbing, lab work, investigations, mock traces and projects in factory as required
  • Support Supplier Non-Conformance handling when needed e.g. log NC and responses on KPI record

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Understanding of microbiology, food manufacture and associated risk
  • Attention to detail coupled with strong problem solving ability
  • Team focus - strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment with changing requirements
  • Understand the concept of close out to rootcause to prevent repeat issues.
  • Proficient with Excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP, Intelex
  • Attention to detail and able to work independently
