OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Systems Lead to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Q-Pulse Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) within a single business division. This role combines technical system oversight with administrative coordination and training support to ensure the business meets its quality and compliance obligations effectively.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven experience with Microsoft and proficiency with IT platforms.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and quality/training systems (Q-Pulse, SAP desirable).
