The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Responsibilities: Oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and other applicable regulations. Manage internal and external audits; lead preparation, execution, and response for audits by customers, registrars, and regulatory agencies. Drive standardization and continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures, and documentation control across all departments. Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve product quality. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) systems to address systemic quality issues. Ensure proper training, deployment, and compliance of the QMS across the organization. Support product launches, engineering changes, and process modifications to ensure they meet all quality system requirements. Maintain and improve quality-related digital tools, including document control, audit tracking, and corrective action workflows—preferably using tools like Microsoft SharePoint and SAP.
