Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development. They will prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to guarantee the deployment of program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements. The role involves analyzing process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify the root cause of problems. Additionally, the candidate will participate in developing potential preventive or corrective actions with stakeholders and conduct research to continuously improve process capability. Conducting quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers’ ability to meet program quality requirements is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Review proposals, contracts, regulatory documents, program requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics.
  • Analyze process data to identify root causes of issues.
  • Develop potential preventive or corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics.
  • Conduct quality source selection reviews of suppliers’ ability to meet quality requirements.
  • Perform hardware, software, and system level audits for compliance with quality standards.
