At Saputo Dairy Australia, we are committed to producing high-quality dairy products that make a meaningful difference. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Supervisor to join our team. This position offers flexibility and can be based at either our Burnie or Smithton production facility.

In this role, you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for overseeing quality systems and ensuring the timely clearance of manufactured goods in accordance with Saputo’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead internal audits, external audits and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) assessments to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions based on findings from customer feedback, accreditation bodies, and regulatory audits.
  • Maintain and update the HACCP plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing and sampling instructions, and critical control points (CCPs) and quality control points (QCPs).
  • Provide technical expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and broader business operations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
