SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, chemistry, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality systems support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in LIMS implementation.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and quality control processes and systems.
• Proficient in LIMS software and other laboratory management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support laboratory personnel.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality control and quality management systems (ISO, GMP, FDA).
• Working knowledge of SAP Quality module and Incident Management module

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Systems Support Manager with proven experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) implementation and Quality Control Data and Document Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing quality control data and document management systems, ensuring that systems and the integrity of the data are maintained and verifiable, and for overseeing the implementation and optimization of a LIMS to enhance our laboratory operations and data and document management worldwide.
