You will be responsible for working across multiple Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100), giving you the opportunity to broaden your expertise and technical perspective. Key Accountabilities As the Quality Team Lead, your focus will be on leading and developing your engineering team and championing our quality standards: Lead the Engineering Team: Provide effective leadership to the assigned Quality and/or Supplier Quality process staff, focusing on development, coaching, and succession planning to ensure your team reaches its full potential. Drive Proactive Quality: Lead and drive quality excellence by partnering with functional leads to ensure quality capability meets or exceeds manufacturing requirements and standards. We need a professional who is proactive and constantly seeking out opportunities, not waiting for a list of tasks. Master Stakeholder Interaction: Effectively communicate functional and organizational goals and quality concerns, while being comfortable and capable of managing difficult conversations with both internal teams and customers. Manage Performance: Monitor and report quality performance and ensure applicable actions are acted upon and implemented when required. Is This You? We are looking for a quality-minded leader who is ready to grow. While a background in electronics is a plus, it is not a dealbreaker. We are explicitly expanding our search beyond traditional Quality titles and encourage applications from manufacturing, process, or other engineering backgrounds. If you have the passion and potential for a 'step-up' opportunity, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate must possess: Proactivity & Ownership: A self-starter who makes the role their own and is comfortable in the uncomfortable space of challenging the status quo. Strong People & Customer Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to comfortably interact with both the team and key customers. Technical Foundation: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' related experience, with a solid technical level of knowledge to develop and advise the team.
