Description
Your responsibilities will include: Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by learning to analyze data and identify manufacturing issues and trends. Assists in identifying Manufacturing issues by working with Engineering to determine root cause and implement corrective and preventative action. Assists Engineering in supporting process development during new product introduction by providing input to traceability and inspection requirements, providing input for statistical process control criteria, developing manufacturing instructions, and creating training sheets and certifications. Assists Engineering with qualification and validation studies & reports by collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing/recording data, and by writing procedures. Prepare and administer reports of audit findings and participate in post audit conference to discuss them. Evaluates corrective action plans for applicability and effectiveness. Responsible for the final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution. Assists Engineers in developing or changing manufacturing instructions. Assists Engineers in monitoring traceability and inspection requirements, statistical process control criteria, and manufacturing practices and procedures. Assist engineers in failure analysis 2 years of experience and a high school degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Good oral and written communication skills Process Owner and NCEP owner certification Experience with product/component inspection and testing and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Associate's degree in technical discipline (or equivalent) Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities Able to work independently under limited supervision as well as in a team environment Able to read, understand, and communicate procedural requirements Highly Proficiency with Microsoft desktop environment: Windows and Office 365
