Description The 2ND Shift Quality Tech 1 is responsible for evaluating incoming packaging components, in-process production line activities, and finished products to ensure that quality requirements are met prior to release. Additionally, this position is responsible for communication and documentation of quality evaluation results and any further actions required, as well as assisting in other quality department tasks as needed. The successful person in this position will possess the ability to work across organizational levels in a professional manner, with a sense of urgency, and demonstrating exceptional organizational and customer service skills. This position requires the ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to effectively communicate (speak, read, and write) in English Prior experience and/or demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in a quality or technical role, incorporating sound decision-making/judgment skills Post high school education is preferred.
