JOB OVERVIEW:

The Quality Specialist, Technical Services (Innovation Integration) will support the Manager, Technical Services (Innovation Integration) on the execution of quality, environmental, health, safety, and food safety (QEHSFS) strategies to ensure the successful introduction of new products across internal and external bottling partners in the cold beverage network. This role will serve as a technical liaison, assisting in the integration of innovation projects while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in technical writing with strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse functions.
• Knowledge of KDP product portfolio a bonus.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Infor Optiva.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Innovation Process Execution: Attend Cold Beverage Stage Gate meetings as a technical support representative for QEHSFS, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
• Field Technical Services Support: Work with KDP Field Tech Services to distribute technical documentation and maintain formulations of record in the department database.
• Laboratory Coordination: Assist the Laboratory Services Group in setting up lab systems and specifications for product sampling.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: With the Manager, Technical Services (Innovation Integration), collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support innovation projects.
• Assist with creation of technical communications to inform internal and external manufacturing and business partners of new launches or changes to existing products. Work with Manager, Innovation Integration to align with cross functional teams to develop requirements for technical communication (includes BC concentrate planning, IMO, Supply Chain Project Management, graphics, and master data).
• Adhere to Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
