Description
The QA Technical Specialist works closely with the Quality Technical Manager for the different customer channels and you give support to our customers, sales teams and operations teams. You are responsible for accurately completing customer technical requests including questionnaires and risk assessments along with gathering the necessary information to complete customer specifications and aligning them to the LWM QA specification system. In case of QA related questions you will investigate and gather the needed internal info and provide the response to our customers. When preparing for internal and external audits you will support the Quality Technical Manager of the accountable customer. Furthermore you will actively be part of organizing (sensoric) product cuttings, analytical tests and participate in (new) product development. You will be located out of Kruiningen, but also remotely at Bergen op Zoom and Breda. Are you looking for a challenge? We might be looking for you! What do you do? Compiling/checking/approving product specifications, customer questionnaires and product label; Working with web based systems of our customers; Contribute to periodical quality technical reports Dealing with quality customer requests; Addressing issues of safety and quality; Be part of multiple project teams within LW/M; Assist during customer audits and visits; Prepare product cuttings; Organize several different product, acrylamide, nutritional analysis; Support performance checks on preparation equipment; Dealing with and manage customer complaint investigations or product issues; What do you bring? Bachelor (HBO) degree, food technology or equivalent preferred; 1-2 years’ experience in food science/food technology, food chemistry, food microbiology and food processing but could be also a great starters function when having the right personality Basic laboratory & software skills and you are fluent in English & basic Dutch; You are accurate and punctual, willing to learn every day; You are service driven person with an analytical and creative mind.
