JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Shift: Evening - 4:00:00 PM - 2:00:00 AM, Monday - Friday

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a quality technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CGMP, and HACCP is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
  • Utilize various quality control tools and techniques, including calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols in accordance with CGMP and HACCP guidelines.
  • Document inspection results, report discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
