The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Quality Technician to become a vital part of our quality assurance team. In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of our customer quality operations, supporting our engineers by collecting and evaluating data, managing critical documentation, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. You will play a key role in handling customer issues and audits, making you an essential contributor to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Support the Customer Quality (CQ) team by maintaining and updating customer complaint databases and quality management systems (EtQ). Monitor and track all open action items from customer complaints and internal 8D reports to ensure timely completion. Perform on-line validations to confirm that corrective and preventive actions have been effectively implemented. Assist in compiling Failure Analysis (FA) requests and manage the shipment process for lots related to customer issues. Prepare materials and provide support during external customer audits, and assist in tracking all resulting action items. Communicate with cross-functional teams to retrieve records and data needed for customer checksheets, surveys, and inquiries. Support the handling of Returned Material Authorization (RMA) lots and assist in the proper update of all customer quality-related documentation. Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting 5S, quality programs, and helping the section achieve its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Who You Are You are a graduate of a four-year degree or a technical engineering course. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You have foundational knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process. You are an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player who is flexible and reliable. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are known for your initiative and ability to stay organized. You have a foundational understanding of quality tools and concepts such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Control Plans. Why Allegro?
