To escalate to superior if any non-conformity found and any unresolved quality issues. 1.2. To perform line process audit and report to superior on any deviation. 1.3. To ensure all measuring equipment are calibrated before use. 1.4. To perform root cause analysis for tool quality issues. 1.5. To perform trouble shooting for electronic failure parts. 1.6. To perform measurement for mechanical failure parts. 1.7. To prepare, operate and maintain laboratory equipment for measurement, testing and trouble shooting. 1.8. Verification production part rejection to confirm it is supplier related issue for final disposition. 1.9. Coordinate evaluation run for improvement part and start up projects testing. Job Scope 2.1. Attend Daily Morning Meeting (DMM) consistently. 2.2. To assist the PQE to handle the line down issue to ensure line resume back 2.3. Perform mechanical and electronic parts failure analysis and completed with report as per committed duration. 2.4. Perform inspection and measurement according to committed duration. 2.5. To generate a test report for in house verification testing. 2.6. To assist PQE in failure analysis activity. 2.7. To ensure the laboratory is well maintained, calibrated in desire frequency and in perfect working condition, particularly equipment used in daily quality control or inspection. 2.8. Assist PQE or plant support to follow up and coordinate product quality issues which are detected by the production and customer. 2.9. To generate and publish the test report on time for any improvement, QZ test and start up projects. 2.10. Responsible to raise purchase request for testing cost, trial material cost, new accessories and material for practical/QZ test use. 2.11. Responsible to coordinate the practical/QZ waste with FCM department. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering discipline from a recognized institution / college or professional institution.
