PREFERRED SKILLS:

Responsibilities
  • As an MRB SQE Technician, you will be responsible for managing quality issues and ensuring that all materials and components meet our stringent standards. Your role is a blend of physical inspection, data management, and collaborative problem-solving, all while upholding the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Sort and segregate parts based on quality issues, and support SQE Az Engineers with MRB (Material Review Board) management.
  • Add proper tags for dispositions and ensure parts are correctly placed in and out of MRB cages.
  • Perform detailed inspections and provide recommendations based on your experience to improve detection capabilities.
  • Support small repairs on seating components using hand tools.
  • Provide daily tracking in Excel for vehicles inspected or reworked and catalog rejected material for SQE feedback.
  • Escalate process abnormalities to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
  • Support Return to Vendor (RTV) processes by working with logistics to return suspect material to suppliers.
  • Perform physical work including pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and other repetitive motions.
  • Maintain focus for extended periods of time, performing standardized work processes and following defined work instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to solve problems at a rapid pace.
