Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is a boutique agency located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. We specialize in connecting local employers with local talent. We are currently seeking a Quality Technician for a plastic parts manufacturing company in Glendora, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
· Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of molded components and assemblies.
· Use measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product conformance.
· Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
· Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
· Assist in maintaining compliance with AS9100D and ITAR requirements.
· Participate in internal audits and support external audit preparation.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
· Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow safety protocols.
· Other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with rubber and plastic molding processes is a plus.
· Familiarity with AS9100D and ITAR compliance requirements.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
