OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the quality standards of our products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This position requires proficiency in quality control methodologies and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. The Quality Technician will ensure compliance with CGMP regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CGMP regulations and quality management principles.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, for accurate measurements.
• Familiarity with data collection techniques and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting of findings.

• Conduct thorough quality control inspections using calipers and other precision measuring instruments to assess product specifications.
• Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality management systems and standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Utilize vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Participate in training sessions related to QA/QC practices and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
