THE ROLE:

Entegris is currently seeking a Quality Technician II to join our team. This position will be based at our Colorado Springs-Rockrimmon, CO facility.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Technician II with a strong interest in business systems analysis to help define, document, and improve our software systems and operational workflows. This hybrid role bridges the gap between quality assurance and business process design, ensuring that our systems meet both user needs and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing software systems.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Assist in the design and validation of system flows, user interfaces, and data structures.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, test cases, and procedures.
• Support software testing efforts by defining quality criteria, executing test plans, and tracking results and issues.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to Metrology Technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to measuring and test equipment, including but not limited to, CMMs, vision systems, and various precision equipment.
