Quality Tech Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 Minimum Experience, Education & Skills Requirements College degree preferred H.S. Diploma or GED and 1+ year laboratory experience Proficiency with Office 365 (primarily Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) Reliable, Organized, Efficient, Attention to detail Clear verbal communicator Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects independently Able to multi-task and prioritize Able to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties Perform standardized tests on the product Notify production and management immediately when product is out of specification Assist in managing retain program Create Retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage) Complete paperwork as directed using good documentation practices Monitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely manner Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running low Provide information to production staff and management when requested Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality Keep lab neat and clean Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, walk, reach, squat, push, pull, and climb stairs for extended periods of time Must be able to work from elevated surfaces and/or in confined spaces for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits: 401(k) and matching Dental and vision insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off
