JOIN A WORLD-CLASS AEROSPACE TEAM AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Location: Mountainhome, PA 18342
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (18 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, First Shift
Pay Rate: $31.85 per hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing operations OR
  • HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years of Quality/Manufacturing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on CMM programming experience (Zeiss machines preferred).
  • Strong expertise in GD&T interpretation and measurement systems.
  • Aerospace industry quality assurance background.
  • Knowledge of ASME Y 14.5-1994 and ASME Y 14.5-2018.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global aerospace leader, is seeking a skilled Quality Technician to ensure the highest standards of precision and reliability in aerospace manufacturing. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and government regulations—contributing directly to safe and successful aerospace operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify quality compliance.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of GD&T to create CMM inspection programs.
  • Support the CMM Programming team by delivering effective programming solutions.
  • Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process to screen non-conformances.
  • Perform detailed inspections using precision tools (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace industry quality standards and procedures.
