Complaints Investigator (Medical Devices)

In this role, you will lead deep-dive investigations into returned medical devices to ensure they maintain the gold standard in global healthcare. Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on investigations by meticulously examining devices to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Utilise MS Excel and internal systems to log findings, identify quality trends, and spot emerging patterns.
  • Participate in "Continuous Improvement" projects to influence future product design.
  • Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Generate technical reports that adhere to strict global regulatory and safety standards.
  • Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow evidence to a logical conclusion.
  • High level of IT literacy, specifically in Word and Excel.
  • Strong documentation skills with an uncompromising focus on precision.
  • Minimum of secondary education, with essential proficiency in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory or regulated environment is considered a valuable asset.
