Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. This role supports quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts by performing inspections, managing quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer and company standards in a manufacturing environment. we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, the ability to adapt to new technologies, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving. Requirements Responsibilities: Input, track, and maintain Nonconformances (NCs), Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and Vendor Returns (VRs) within the quality management system Support communication with customers regarding quality issues, corrective actions, and compliance updates Review orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications, terms, and quality requirements Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect components and verify conformance Perform and document gage calibration and verification activities Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards Create and maintain balloon drawings, inspection plans, and quality documentation Assist with root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes Support Quality Inspectors and cross-train on inspection activities as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in Quality, Quality Control, or Inspection within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of CMM operation and basic metrology principles Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems (ERP, QMS) Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems/technology, and grow within the role Preferred (Not Required): Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field Experience with inspection planning, balloon drawings, or advanced measurement techniques Why Join Us: Opportunity to grow your career in quality and manufacturing Hands-on role with exposure to CMM programming and quality systems Team environment that values initiative, continuous improvement, and development
