JOB DESCRIPTION

• Applies the rules defined for monitoring, measuring and controlling the quality of products in all phases of production from reception to shipment to the customer.
• Applies control operations according to the defined frequencies and methods and respecting the allocated times, ensures the recording of results on the appropriate media.
• Ensures incoming/outgoing products meet defined compliance requirements, records data on appropriate media
• Alerts his hierarchy of any deviation in a production process or non-compliance with compliance requirements by operators, helps to improve the situation by finding effective solutions
• Must be able to provide efficiency (particularly in terms of root cause analysis) when processing internal non-conformities or customer complaints, implements and verifies that corrective actions, corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Ensures that the identification and packaging of manufactured products comply with requirements.
• Knows how to use and trains staff on the various metrological equipment, informs his hierarchy of any defective means or control device, records the measurement data on the corresponding sheets.
