Job Description This role is responsible for evaluating WIRE products at all stages — raw materials (MP), work in progress (WIP), and finished products (PT) — to ensure they meet customer specifications prior to release. It also involves identifying, segregating, and rejecting materials that do not comply with quality requirements. The position includes the evaluation of physicochemical properties in raw materials, as well as electrical, dimensional, and visual inspections for WIP and finished products. Perform tests on copper- and tin-coated bronzed wire. Carry out audits of the bronzing and wire drawing processes. Prepare KPI reports (processes, reprocesses, on-hold, scrap). Create packing lists for shipments of bronzed material. Send process capability studies (Cpk, Cp, Pp, and Ppk) for automotive clients. Calibrate and verify EIMP equipment. Reduce linearity-related rejections Perform the tests specified in the control plan or work instructions necessary to evaluate quality. Report the status of inspected materials to the multifunctional team. Safeguard the integrity of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment, as well as escalate needs to keep equipment in optimal operating conditions. Immediately report any anomalies detected during product inspection and testing. Ensure compliance with quality management system policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Qualifications Degree in Metallurgical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of measuring equipment (micrometer, caliper). Manufacturing production processes. ERP management. Quality management systems. Minimum 6 months to 1 year in material inspection and identification (preferably in the metal-mechanical industry). Minimum 6 months to 1 year in the use and handling of measuring equipment (preferred). Preparation and analysis of control charts. Material sampling. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Experience in process/product audits.
