Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Quality Engineers/Testers.
• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies.
• Drive quality across the full application lifecycle.
• Work closely with delivery teams, developers, business stakeholders and architects.
• Manage testing activities across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure effective governance, reporting and quality assurance practices.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the testing function.
• Utilise data-driven insights to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
• Contribute to key programme decisions and provide solutions to complex testing challenges
