Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024 Job Description Provide first line support to end users for the deployment management information systems; Monitor and respond to the Helpdesk email; Collaborate with the relevant teams to develop test plans; Prepare test scenarios and keep track of what is tested; Carry out testing and analyse results; Check integration with other systems/tools and provide verification; Prepare and execute Feature testing; Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing; Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues; Support the development and delivery of training on the basis of identified training needs and the launch of new releases; Facilitate teamwork by documentation and sharing of work practices; Perform other tasks related to the delivery of these services Additional tasks which might be requested: Select and develop integration testing techniques to ensure the system meets requirements; Design and customize integration tests, identify issues that may jeopardize the correct functioning of the application; Organise test plans and procedures for white and black box testing at unit, module, system, and integration levels; Contribute to result analysis and reporting procedures; Contribute to defect tracking and correction procedures; Use, select and design testing tools to assess software quality; Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks; Develop standards to increase test effectiveness and efficiency; Facilitating Interaction with client team during implementation: including on oral and written communication, independent work with minimal supervision, adapting to a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Qualifications Bachelor plus 6 years of relevant experience. Work with database systems theory and the structured query language (SQL); Test Management Tool application; Handling web technologies and Microsoft applications to perform the described tasks; Testing of procedures and platforms; Integration and automation testing frameworks Quality and risk management procedures; Producing relevant documentation. Perform the tasks and testing procedures; Work independently with software quality and testing practices; Developing test automation scripts; Meticulous in producing quality procedures; Produce relevant documentation related to the proposed tasks; Identify common software failures and faults; Conduct analytical reviews and propose solutions related to the tasks proposed and in similar technical environments; Work efficiently with minimal supervision for the tasks proposed High proficiency in the English language (equal to C1 level) per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Responsibilities

The Quality & Test Specialist will provide first line support to end users and collaborate with teams to develop test plans and execute testing. They will also report bugs, support training development, and facilitate teamwork through documentation.
