Quality Trainee Are you looking for a fast-paced role that supports Quality Team in a global environment? If so, this Quality Trainee role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. The position exists within the commercial business in Hungary to ensure that the Haleon Quality Management Systems requirements for commercial operational units are met. Comply with the applicable EHS requirements in accordance with the training received in the company, so as not to expose themselves to the risk of injury or occupational illness, as well as other people who may be affected by their actions or omissions during the work process. Role Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Cross-functional liaison: Serve as a link between customer service and QA, and between supply and QA across all supplied markets. Archiving: Support preparation tasks for document archiving. Complaint handling: Manage documentation, CRMS entries, and response letters. SOP documentation: Handle the documentative part of HQS/local SOPs, including updates in Veeva, local trackers, and training matrix. Invoice processing: Manage documentation for invoice handling, including CoP creation and Adobe Sign workflows. CoA distribution: Send Certificates of Analysis to customers upon request. QA documentation: Assist in drafting QA-related documents. Any other admin requests (e.g. data collection, data filtering) Why you? Basic Qualifications: University student of a Faculty of Medicine / Faculty of Pharmacy / Chemistry / Biology / Biochemistry Fluency in written and spoken Hungarian and English is a must Very good communication/presentation skills Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with others to achieve common goals Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.
