Silk Hospitality are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Quality & Training Manager to join our Team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role where your commitment to service excellence and team development will shape the guest experience and elevate operational standards.
As Quality & Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting and coordinating all training and quality of the Housekeeping Department to support the achievement of maximum efficiency. You’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, regular performance reviews, and consistent quality audits.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards.
  • Lead orientation, training, and performance assessments for new and existing team members.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
  • Prepare action plans based on hotel audit results and follow up on recurring issues.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in evaluating employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards.
  • Prepare weekly reports on training outcomes and quality performance metrics.
