Osmose is seeking a dynamic and strategic Quality Transformation Leader (QTL) to lead and sustain transformative efforts that mitigate Quality risks and elevate the performance of
our products and services. As a key member of our Quality team, this position supports our global revenue lifecycle to ensure full integration and execution of Quality processes.
The Quality Transformation Leader will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure that over then entire product and project lifecycle quality verifications and validations are in place and understood so that we consistently deliver products and services that not only meet requirements but exceed expectations.
The position requires strategic thinking, change management, risk-based decision making, excellent communication,interpersonal, teamwork, project management, and computer skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing, industrial or field-based operational setting
  • Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Compliance and Continuous Improvement
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms including operations management, communications, analytics, and CRM
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and translating findings into action
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement quality transformation initiatives to close gaps in Quality performance based on measurable, prioritized targets
  • Leverage process improvement tools and technology to drive scalable and sustainable quality improvements
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Business Units, Operations, Engineering, Safety, Workforce Development, Legal & Compliance and Third-Party Vendors
  • Ensure quality compliance throughout the revenue lifecycle through structured transformation projects
  • Support alignment of quality improvement initiatives within the broader EHSQ capability and enterprise strategy
  • Influence adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies, while preserving best practices from existing frameworks
  • Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 requirements and prepare for certification and audits
  • Use data-drive insights and risk-based approaches to guide transformation decisions
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and trends (leading and lagging indicators), and recommend and support proactive and corrective actions to improve.
  • Educate and train leadership, management, supervision, and employees on appropriate/relevant aspects of the QMS.
