ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS

  • Experience of reviewing Material Certification and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Reports is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Plans, material specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Experience working with Third Party Inspectors and to tight deadlines.
  • Good literacy and numeracy, with strong performance in STEM subjects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Verification Engineer to join our Quality team at Trillium Flow Technologies in Elland. This role is essential in ensuring that product certification meets internal, industry, and contractual requirements, and that Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and Quality Verification Dossiers (QVDs) are compiled accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review product certification against QPs, MDS, and drawing requirements.
  • Compile and release QVDs and MRBs in line with internal and customer deadlines.
  • Liaise with Third Party Inspectors and customers during certification reviews.
  • Support witness inspection activities and archive accepted product certification.
  • Raise and update non-conformance reports and support continuous improvement.
  • Attend project meetings and provide feedback to Quality Engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Safety and company safety systems.
