As a Quant Analytics Associate in the Data and Analytics team, you will deliver insightful data solutions that optimize product delivery and drive efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to integrate Intelligent Automation into Consumer and Community Banking Operations, helping eliminate inefficiencies and improve business outcomes. Job responsibilities Understand the Intelligent Process Automation development life cycle, key performance metrics, and Risk & Control requirements Own and maintain key performance dashboards in Tableau, supporting thousands of users and providing user support Develop new automated reports and dashboards to support product delivery Partner with Product, Design, and Technology teams to leverage data insights for process improvement and increased efficiency Present analytics findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decisions and achieving cross-functional alignment Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and four years of professional experience Proficiency in SQL and Tableau Ability to conduct data discovery across systems, derive insights, and identify opportunities for data quantification Highly effective communication and storytelling skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and user experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and automated reports Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge and experience in Operations, process discovery, or process automation Experience with Alteryx Work experience in Financial Services Familiarity with modern data analytics tools and technologies JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
