As an Associate Senior within the Proprietary Wallets Data and Analytics team, you leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide strategic decisions. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across our products. Job responsibilities Define and monitor key performance indicators for product verticals, analyzing user behavior and product performance to identify growth opportunities Conduct deep-dive analyses and design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies, serving as the analytics subject matter expert Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms, working with data engineering teams to improve data collection and infrastructure Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform product strategy and benchmark metrics against industry standards Use data-driven storytelling to showcase product value and support strategic growth initiatives Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with significant quantitative research and data analysis Eight years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau skills Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience partnering with merchants and internal teams to drive strategic growth Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data visualization tools Experience in benchmarking metrics against industry standards JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
