Quant Prime Services (QPS) Client Service - AVP About our client: - Top European Bank Location: - Hong Kong Responsibilities: - Responsible for start-of-day trading system readiness checks to ensure all systems are operational before trading begins. - Oversee intra-day order flow monitoring and manage exception handling to maintain smooth trading operations. - Communicate with clients regarding trading-related issues, as well as equity market rules, microstructures, and regulations in Asia. - Manage incident resolution processes to address and resolve trading system issues promptly. - Accountable for trading system configuration, including account setup and limit setup. - Handle various inquiries from external parties (clients, exchanges, regulators) and internal departments (Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Operations). Pre-requisites: - Excellent understanding of low latency technologies, including software, hardware, and infrastructure design. - Working knowledge of FIX Protocol. - Ability to automate tasks using technology. - Comfortable working with large data sets. - Prior experience in electronic trading within an investment firm, exchange, or service provider. - Excellent data analysis skills, including advanced Excel/VBA, database management, and SQL. - Previous experience in low latency system development or support. - Prior experience in the equity business across Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), or Back Office (BO). - Fluent Korean speaker.
