What You Will Do Build-up a completed strategy framework including but not limited to strategy modules, backtesting framework, execution system, signal research framework, order management system, etc. Continuously optimize system performance and conduct bottleneck analysis to ensure peak performance in live trading environments Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Developers to implement and optimise trading strategies Who You Are Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or related majors Experienced in C++ with at least 3 years of experience in trading systems' or related functions' design and buildup Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently design and implement complex modules. High sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
