We are looking for a Quantitative Developer for our Amsterdam-based office who will join one of our Trading teams. Responsibilities Owning the team’s strategy code. Maintaining the base of analytical scripts. Coordinating technical work with infrastructure teams. Helping researchers overcome infrastructure friction. Developing features in strategies that don’t require deep research. Coordinating work on open problems in analytics. Strong mathematical and algorithmic thinking, and a solid understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Willingness to dive deep into strategy details and market microstructure. Desire to improve infrastructure, code, and surrounding processes. Ability to write high-quality code in Python 3 and C++. General understanding of ML and experience working with basic models. Proficiency with pandas/pyspark or similar libraries for data analysis. A dynamic and international environment within a fast-growing tech company.
