Responsibilities: You will work very closely with the Portfolio Manager on the day-to-day management of the Global Macro portfolio, primarily Rates and FX focused. Help build, maintain, and improve analytical tools for trade screening, idea generation, and portfolio management (mainly Python) Generate trade ideas across products (Interest Rates and FX – both linear and options) Perform quantitative and fundamental research projects relating to various markets. Keep abreast of macro developments and key themes driving markets. 1-5 years in Trading, Quants, Development, or Research. Comfort and experience managing a development environment for large projects. Graduate from a Top-Tier university, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in building analytical models using both Python and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a self-starter. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A keen eye for detail, a curious mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Displays and operates at the highest degree of ethics and integrity. The base pay range for this is between: $120,000 – 160,000, annually. Actual base pay will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, business needs, and market demands. In addition to base pay, successful candidates will be entitled to discretionary bonus.
