Description

As a Quantitative Trader at Alber Blanc Capital, you will have an opportunity to work with trading strategies as a precise operator. Being a intermediary between our strategies and markets is quite a responsible role, so you supposed to be good in Python, Math, Statistics and multitasking. Responsibilities Tune trading strategies in line with market criterion through our proprietary tools and software to boost PnL Monitor system performance (order execution, delays, etc.) to investigate anomalies in algorithms behavior Develop trading on several exchanges by increasing PnL, identifying shifts in market data and trade connectors Research new trading ideas and strategies by means of collaboration with co-workers and related teams (e.g. Analysts, Developers, etc.) Requirements STEM degree from one of top-tier universities OR proven track of success as Quantitative Trader Advanced understanding of probability, statistics, math and algorithms Confident, hands-on level of Python, Math and Statistics Ability to work in fast-paced environment Nice to have Personal achievements such as participation in IMC, IOI or any other math competitions Basic understanding of trading (e.g. exchanges, types of orders, market microstructure, etc.) What we offer Result-oriented bonuses in line with extraordinary salary Transparent processes and lack of red-tape Competitive environment with an opportunity to make decisions and change the company One of the best level of expertise on the market
