Description

Job Purpose: The QS Engineer supports project teams by performing quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and assisting in variation and payment processes. Key Accountabilities: • Take site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs. • Prepare bills of quantities for assigned work packages. • Assist in preparing variation claims and payment applications. • Verify subcontractor invoices and quantities. • Maintain updated records of executed works and variations. • Report to Team Leader on progress and issues. Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical or MEP. Years of experience: From 2 to 5 years of QS experience, Knowledge of variation and payment processes. Language proficiency: B2 in English Computer skills: MS Office major applications
