Your Next Challenge As a quantity surveying intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Strategy & Delivery Market in various tasks under the guidance and supervision of a Principal Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a portfolio of building, civil and M&E construction contracts adopting NEC forms of contract. Your duties will include: Assisting on cost estimation Assisting on evaluation of changes Assisting on preparation of tender documents Assisting on tender evaluation Assisting on assessment of payment for the contractors’ work Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested by your line manager You’ll also have the opportunity to attend client-facing meetings and workshops with an aim to gain insights in the industry. What You'll Need To apply for our position, you should be pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. You should also have: A responsible attitude and willingness to learn. Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. You also have the right to work in Hong Kong.
