REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Candidate with experience in geotechnical projects such as foundation works, piling, soil stabilization, deep excavation has a added advantages.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1–5 years’ experience in roadwork, highway, or infrastructure projects (LTA project exposure preferred).
  • Knowledge of road construction methods, traffic management, drainage, and utilities coordination.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
  • Knowledge of local authority submissions advantageous.

Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects of geotechnical and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in large-scale infrastructure or deep foundation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects remain within budget.

  • Prepare and review pre-tender cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for geotechnical projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle, including variation management, claims, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct contract administration for geotechnical works, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
  • Liaise with design, engineering, and site teams to review quantities, validate cost plans, and optimize project expenditure.
  • Prepare and submit progress payment applications, interim valuations, and final accounts.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage commercial risks in geotechnical and foundation works.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders, clients, and consultants on project cost reporting and financial planning.
  • Provide guidance on procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives
